Um die auditive Wahrnehmung der Kinder zu fördern, bieten sich beispielsweise unsere Geräusch-Dosen an. Das Spiel ermöglicht den Kindern unterschiedliche Geräuscherfahrungen zu sammeln und gleich klingende Paare zu finden. Nebenbei werden die Konzentration und die Merkfähigkeit gestärkt.
Mit unseren Sinnes- und Riechröhrchen kann die olfaktorische Wahrnehmung gefördert werden. Die Röhrchen können beispielsweise mit Nahrungsmitteln gefüllt werden. Durch die gelochten Deckel kann man die Gerüche wahrnehmen und den Geruchssinn schulen. Bei dieser Aktivität bietet es sich an, die Kinder im Anschluss von den Nahrungsmitteln etwas kosten zu lassen, um dadurch den Geschmacksinn anzusprechen. Die Kinder können hierbei verschiedene Geschmacksrichtungen wie süß, sauer, bitter, salzig usw. erfahren und beschreiben, wodurch auch die Sprachfähigkeit der Kinder weiterentwickelt wird.
Besonders interessant und ein einmaliges Erlebnis ist es, wenn man einen Sinn, wie beispielsweise das Sehen durch Augenbinden ausschließt, um sich besser auf die übrigen Sinne konzentrieren zu können.
