Once you have harvested your own mushrooms, it is very important to store them correctly so that you can enjoy these highly flavoured delicacies for as long as possible. Fresh mushrooms can be kept in the fridge for 4-5 days without any problems. You can also freeze or dry the mushrooms.
Our tip for drying: Cut the mushrooms into slices and preheat your oven to 50 degrees at the same time.
