Shopware Domain Mapping Misconfiguration Help

1. Current URL not matching any Sales Channel Domains

Solution:

  1. Open the Administration
  2. Click on the left bottom side on the desired sales channel
  3. Make sure in the Domain Panel that the current access URL is added there: https://www.timetex.com

2. Misconfigured Proxy Header forwarding / Trusted Proxies

Symptoms: Cannot resolve a Sales Channel, Assets are loading with http instead of https.

Solution:

Make sure the visible URL is the actual URL in your browser: https://www.timetex.com/theme/459fbba94faa053fd6ba046251bd297e/js/zenit-platform-gravity-set2/zenit-platform-gravity-set2.js. If not, the proxy configuration could be wrong.

Shopware got following headers from IP 3.148.171.222:

The trusted_proxy configuration could look like this:
